Royal Caribbean has a bicycle tour excursion of Bonaire that we're considering.  Has anyone done one of these before?  It's not clear in the description whether it's guided?  Do you have to stay together as a group or can you go ahead if you're faster/lag behind if you're slower?  My teens are kinda interested except that the 17 year old boy thinks he is going to have to keep stopping and waiting for everyone else and the 13 year old girl is worried she will find it tough to keep up. (Mom & Dad are happy to speed up or slow down to their pace as needed)
