Old Quebec City Private Tour Drivers?

I will be in Old Quebec City on September 16-17, 2019.  I have been reading as many reviews as I can find and I'm thinking that I'd like to hire a private tour driver to take at least 4-6 people to Montmorency Falls, St. Anne de Beaupre, the Copper Factory, etc.  I am finding that most organized tours don't allow enough time at the falls and some of them are cutting it close for cruise ship passengers.  YIKES!  So, do any of you have experience with or recommendations for private drivers in this area?
