Portable tub rail for Grand Princess mini suite?

My now 96 year old mom broke her shoulder last July (2018).  She has been using the gym and has had pt but is still concerned about getting in and out of the tub/shower that the mini suites have on the Grand Princess.  I see that there are portable tub bars that clamp over the tub (I don't trust any suction cup device).  This would be great for a shower and considering the small nature of the bathroom, could also help my mom "get up from those LOW toilets."

 

Anyone done this?  Does Princess allow it?

 

Mom is also concerned about "getting up those HIGH steps on the excursion buses" but that's another story!
