Majesty of Seas Condition

Recommended Posts

I am considering a cruise on the Majesty in December and want to know if RCCL has spent the money to upgrade this ship in the same manner as they have with Sovereign of the Seas and Monarch of the Seas?

Please advise if you know what upgrades have been made to this ship while in drydock.

Thanks:confused:

Was on the Majesty day after Christmas. Was a little nervous myself because all of our previous cruises have been on ships 2 years of age or less. Was however pleasantly surprised with her condition. Cabins are however very small. Talked to the cruise director and he stated the ship was scheduled for renovating some time this year (can't remeber exactly when). All in all though, had a great time onboard- no lines for anything, seats plentiful for showtimes, cruise director and staff very outgoing and accessible, and would go again without hesitation. Was disappointed though by other passengers disregard of dining room rules regarding proper attire- t shirts and shorts! UGH! Think however this is becoming more of a problem industry wide. Have fun.
