British Isles Cruise- Multiple private transfers-question

I need to arrange private transfers (for just two people) for this summer for the following:   Heathrow to Windsor;  (two days later..) Windsor to Southampton Cruise port; then post-cruise, Southhampton Cruise port to hotel in downtown London.   I've seen many private transfer companies referenced on this site.  My question is, does it make sense to try to book one company for all of these transfers? Or are certain transport companies better to/from certain cities.

The best-suited to all three transfers is https://www.blackberrycars.com/

 

Those most highly-rated by Cruise Critic members for transfers to / from Southampton are www.smithsforairports.com and www.westquaycars.com and www.aquacars.co.uk

But all three are based at the Southampton end, so won't quote (or will be uncompetetive) for LHR to Windsor.

 

LHR to Windsor is under 10 miles, the rate should be £25 to £30 including parking.

 

So I suggest you get quotes from Blackberry for all three, and Smiths (or one of the others) for the two Southampton transfers.

All things being equal, Blackberry's quote should be higher by £25 - £30 

 

If you go with one of the Southampton-based operators, try https://www.royalwindsortaxis.co.uk/ for LHR to Windsor.

Bear in mind that because of parking/waiting their price will be higher than in the opposite direction (Windsor to LHR)
