Charleston Cruise Port

DW and I are sailing on the Sunshne in August out of Charleston. I was wondering where one enters the port? I've heard that passengers with private vehicles enter at one place (Concord and Laurens) and cruisers in taxis, vans, and buses enter at 32 Washington St. Is this correct? Have also heard that the port won't accept passengers till 11 AM. Might have to adjust our arrival time to avoid the 11 AM rush...

We are sailing out of Charleston in December and I wanted more information on being dropped off by a family member and found this from the port site.  Very detailed and new for 2019.

I'd love to hear from someone has sailed out of Charleston since they changed things at the end of 2018.
