Events On-Board Elation

Are there any events on-board the Elation that we need to be "fore-warned" about? I like to go prepared for special events.:)

We will be sailing Elation in October. What kind of "events" are you talking about?? Have you ever cruised Carnival before?? I wouldn't think there would be anything anymore special onboard this ship than the other ones.

Just plan to have a wonderful cruise on a beautiful ship. The crew is awsome & you wil LOVE Jorge Salano the cruise director..he's really entertaining. The ship is spotless & the food was good. Yes, my cruise on the Elation was my first, but I wasn't disappointed by anything. Everything met my expectations perfectly. The people on these boards will help you with most any questions you have.:)

Bigfern when are you sailing? If you will be on the Feb. 2 cruise my daughters' dance teams will be performing. This is the only "special" event I know about.

I was thinking more of themed activities, such as the Mardi Gras deck party onboard Conquest. Does Elation hold any such activitiy? Also, you know some ships have costume parties, talent contests, and themed dance parties, such as "80's night". Thoughts?

There are always talent contests and Kareoke!!
