I just trying out this board and I have been having some problems, please excuse my duplicate requests.

 

My first question is how do you know your seating time and table and where to go? Next if you go to the dining room for all your meals, how do you tip? Is it each time you go you pay them, for example if the head waitor gets 3.50 and the assistant waitor gets 2.50 and the maitre'de get .75., do you pay at least the minimum at each daily serving. So if you went to all three meals in the dining room you would at least tip $22.50 daily for dining room tips. Did I figure it out right?

 

If someone that has been on these trips before could give me the heads up so I won't be fretting about it, it would be most appreciated.
