I am not on Regal April 14. I have asked to be off this group. I get too many messages that fill my phone and I have no connection to this.

To the right of a thread title, there's a box containing the word "Follow".

 

Click that word.

 

In the pop-up, click the red button marked "Unfollow".

 

Asking other CCers participating in the thread to take you off doesn't stop you being subscribed to the CC thread. You subscribed to it, so you have to take action to unsubscribe.
