Marcella Dream, which deck to choose for inside cabin?

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone.

We are heading out on our very first cruise on board the Dream in September.

We have only booked an inside basic cabin on decks 4/5

My question is this, there seems an option to change decks to either 6/7/10.

Is there any advantage to swapping or are we best of staying where we are? (We will have cabin allocated on arrival)

Any help and advice will be gratefully received.

Thank you in advance

Hi ... we have cruised on the Dream numerous times and we always have an inside cabin.  We always go for deck 7 midship, say cabin 7098 or thereabouts, but we always prebook our cabin so we don't end up at the front or back of the ship - you might not but you never know!!

Happy cruising 😎

We have had inside cabins 5 times on Dream on decks 5 and 7.  Both have been absolutely fine.  We do however always pre-book a midships cabin to guarantee being in the most stable part of the ship.  If you chose deck 7 make sure your cabin isn't immediately below one of the bars (deck 8 has all the entertainment areas) as the noise can be bad late at night.
