Galaxy Cabin Advice

We have booked a Transatlantic cruise aboard the Galaxy in May and have reserved cabin #1103 in the Concierge class. Upon further investigation we have come to realize that we are directly under the Oasis Cafe. We are concerned about the noise levels in our cabin and wonder if anyone out there has been in a similar cabin and could possibly tell us about their experience. Thank you.

We once had an inside under the Oasis Cafe and had no problems with noise. I would think that the outside cabins would be quieter, since all the kitchen-related noise would be toward the middle.

We just returned from the Panama Canal cruise on the Galaxy on Jan. 10th, cabin # 1144. There was some noise from moving chairs usually around 6 A.M. However to have concierge class made up for the inconvience . Would not hesitate to do it again.

We are in 1100 on the Feb 25th sailing. We were in a similar position on the Connie and we never heard anything from above. That (1103)area should

should be quiet and there should not be a lot of moving of chairs like the other poster who was more under the pool grill area experienced. I will let you know when we return.
