Navigator = current top staff on-board?

Does anyone know who the current Captain, GM and F&B Director are on the Navigator?

It was reported on another thread that the Captain just came onboard in Barcelona a few days ago and very good.  Ray Soltaire will be the cruise director coming on in NYC.  That is all I know.

Actually, I searched and the only reference I could find was that in Barcelona, Captain Serena was onboard the Explorer. I could not find any reference to the Navigator.

It was reported on the current world cruise thread that Captain Alvo Palm came aboard in Barcelona.  Poster says he’s excellent.
