Caramel1398 Posted January 24, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2006 Hi all, I will be sailing on the Carribean Princess in a few months and was told that this ship offers Midnight Buffets, and that each night is a different "theme." For example, a friend told me that one night, the entire buffet was all chocolate.. Does anyone know anything about this? I'd love to know what each night includes! Thanks Caramel
bdjam Posted January 24, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2006 Princess no longer offers midnight buffets. There are themed buffets on board, but they aren’t the extravaganza midnight events of 10 years ago. Princess has the 24 hour buffet and so has done away with the midnight version. Other cruise lines, however, do offer the midnight buffets.
crusdiva Posted January 25, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2006 Caramel, As Brian stated Princess doesn't do midnight buffets - they offer 24 hour buffet and room service. What you may have heard about is Caribe Cafe which offers "themed" dining throughout the week; a couple of evenings they have seafood buffet, then you'll see a "Guyana Pepperpots and Curries" "a Bierfest", a "Rijstafel Rice Table", the "Down Isalnd Hunter's Spread", and a "Creole Cookery" night. Have a great cruise!
OnlyCruises Posted January 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2006 There is a chocolate buffet one night. I think it ended at midnight.
