Sun Penthouses Worth It?

We are booked on the 2/11 sailing of the sun and just got an upgrade offer to a ac or ad penthouse for $430 per person. Is this worth the upgrade from a reg balcony room. Which penthouse is better and are the perks worth $860. Thanks

Some of the perks we liked about the AC upsell - VIP status, private reception and party, goodies delivered to your stateroom each afternoon, priority tendering, AWESOME room, 2 large tv's, great stereo....We were in 0065 on the back of the ship - LOVED IT!!! Only downside, it's right below the outdoor garden cafe, some sometimes you hear chair noise - no big deal....

 

We paid $300 per person - originally booked BC - upgraded to BA, and then upsold to AC......
