Booking excursions Sapphire

I am having problems booking excursions, every port I've tried says there is a conflict. I am able to purchase drinks, internet, speciality dining etc. Spoke to Princess in UK who also can't see why, they are contacted USA for advice. Just wondering if anyone else having this problem?
