Iberostar Resort Shore Excursion

Hello. We decided to use Royal Caribbean's shore excursion for our Falmouth stop.  Price is OK but we have a question.

The resort's website mentions a dress code for dining, even the lunch buffet.  Of course, this is going to be just  day pass but it is all-inclusive.  Our question is where is the lunch that is available?  Is it separate from the resort guests who are staying at the property.  I completely understand that they don't want bikinis and men in Speedos.  But is a women's wrap enough and for men, a bathing suit that is very close to actual shorts?

Just want to know what to bring with us off the ship.

Thanks
