Suite folks don't get first dibs. I'm going and I have never been close to a suite. Always deck 3 ocean view. Where are you sailing from? I'm trying to find the excursion on your itinerary.

 

 

I don't think it's available with our cruise...at least not yet?  We sail on the Oasis on Feb 23, 2019.  After opening the page you linked above I can't find it on our cruise.
