Return of Myvegas points for changed Cuba itinerary cruises?

Has anyone been successful in getting back their 2 million or 2.5 million loyalty points with MyVegas after the itinerary was changed on their Cuba cruise booked with Royal Caribbean using the app? (Yes, I know cruise lines can change the itinerary. That's not the point here.) If so, how did you go about getting them back and how long did it take? Thanks!
