Any experience with Shore Excursioneer?

I am interested in the Barcelona Montserrat Monastery and Horseback Riding Excursion offered by Shore Excursioneer. However, I am a little apprehensive to use an excursion company outside the cruise line. Does anyone have any experience with  Shire Excursioneer?
