Belize Sea Turtle Excursion

I have heard that if you are going to book an excursion, Belize is the port to do it. I am interested in snorkeling with Sea Turtles and have found options through Carnival for $95 or a 2 Site Snorkel with Shore Excursioneer with beach time at Caye Caulker for $80. Does anyone have any experience with these? Or could you recommend another great excursion option for snorkeling with sea turtles in Belize?
