Nope, in the sense that there's nobody cheaper than taxis; but yes in the sense that you can hire a taxi using an app that's just like Uber! They call it Kater, apps available on Android/iPhone, and they launched 'kater-oke' cars just recently where you can request a 'car karaoke' style experience while riding. So they ain't making it cheaper, and your drivers are still licensed cabbies, but they are trying some new stuff that might float some people's boats...
