Puerto Limon canal tour

Hello! I will be in Puerto Limon in January and I have a canal tour booked with Theresa Tour via Trip Advisor. There are only 6 reviews, all good, but Id like to hear more. Anyone have any experience with them, or another tour operator for an easy canal tour?

I dont have any experience with them, but have done a canal tour.  Caymen, birds, toucans, sometimes howler monkeys, beautiful surroundings, boats on shore that have been impounded by the police for drug smuggling, a little bit of a drive but the country side is amazing.

Can someone tell me how far of a walk it is from the ship to the street in Limon? Do they have rickshaws here?
