Celebrity Boat tour ( Amalfi coast ) question..

Hi has anyone done the tour from 
Celebrity  Edge...Sorrento & Amalfi Coast By Boat
Tour?? How was it?? Does the boat have a lot of people on these boats??

wondering if we should book privately??

According to the excursion brochure, you are taken about an  hour away to Salerno, where you board a "private boat" for a 45 minute cruise to Almafi.  After some time on your own in Amalfi, you "cruise" back to Salerno, from where you are taken by motor coach (bus) to Sorrento.  I think you have some free time in Sorento (the brochure mentions eating lunch in Sorrento) before you are brought back to the ship.

 

I am still debating about taking this tour, and I hope someone who has taken it will chime in!
