Reversing Falls What time?

The day we will be in Saint John high tide is at 1:33PM. When is the best time to see something interesting at Reversing Falls? I read if you are not there at the right time it's not all that interesting but not sure what that right time is. Is the Skywalk the best place to view or are there other areas?

The best time is around 4 hours after low tide, 2 hours before high tide.   

 

However all times offer something different.  The best is to stay there for half an hour and watch the difference in tide.
