Legend Lunch Options on Boarding Day

Does anyone know what the lunch options (and hours) are aboard Legend on the day of embarkation? We're wondering if a meal will be available once we board mid day?

On all my cruises the Windjammer has been open on embarkation day for lunch.

We may not be arriving until after 2pm - any idea if they have extended hours?

Yes they do, as many people arrive at or after 2 pm and this is mostly the recommended arrival time the buffet will still be open.

We sailed on Legend to the Med this summer..and also boarded early at around 11 am...1pm was the designated time when cabins were also ready. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a lovely lunch, with a wide range of foods, set out in the Windjammer from 11:30 am till around 3: 45 ...lifeboat drill was at 4pm. There are several islands set out on either side of the room.. with duplicate selections of food at each one. so you need not get in long lines or cross over..avoiding congestion. Hot items.. with choices of meats..veg..rice..potato.. Fresh sandwiches...salad fixings..cheeses... fresh fruits.. breads and desserts. We really enjoyed the Windjammer throughout our cruise. Hope you have a lovely time.
