Playing on the Grand MUTS last week...

Not sure if this schedule has already changed but if not, I just thought it might be interesting to anyone getting ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised at how new some of the evening movies were. Sun-Thurs all movies played at 7:45pm and 10:30pm.

Does MUTS play during the day? Does it interfere with the live music at the pool?

They do play MUTS during the day - lots of older movies, family friend movies, music videos. If I remember correctly, the music is at the other pool, and the two sounds don't overlap.

Any live music at the pools was during a break in the movies, if I remember correctly.

 

The only thing I watched on MUTS on the Grand last April was Ray. It was amazing. I was in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico watchign a movie on the top of some big ship while my family and friends were freezing back at home...Gotta love it.:D

Alice is correct ... during the day, they played movies like Ice Age, Big, Top Gun, Toy Story, Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, Zorro, etc. They are family friendly but many are PG or PG-13 so it is kinda weird when you hear the swearing so loud on the big screen! Doesn't bother me but I thought of parents with li'l ones. We very much enjoyed the movies though! When we preferred a quiet afternoon, we headed to the back of the ship to the adult pool ... no music or movies, etc ... a nice, quiet area to read a book and nap ... :D
