Jlynch Posted August 1, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Hi, Not sure if this should be specifically in the Princess forum..... We are due to sail from Southampton on August 17th. Big football followers and our team has a game at 12.30 that day. If the ship is in port and we are already onboard, would we still be able to access our streaming service to view the game on a device without incurring ship fees? Thanks to anyone with experience of this. First time cruisers, apologies if a silly question
Bob++ Posted August 1, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 1, 2019 (edited) I think Princess use Ocean Terminal; if so, they have free WiFi there. https://www.cruisesouthampton.com/places/ocean-cruise-terminal Getting it set up on the ship takes time and it's doubtful that you will even be on board by 12:30. Rare John Bull Posted August 1, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Since Burnley don't have any supporters , I'm guessing you're a Gooner. Good possibility that the match will be on TV in the ship's sports bar JB
Jlynch Posted August 1, 2019 Author #4 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Thank you! Didn't want to totally rely on the sports bar being open and showing it but that sounds positive. If we are still terminal bound I am sure my boys will be glued to it on their phones...
