Saint John New Brunswick car rental and Fundy trail parkway

Going on Anthem OTS and will be stopping in St. John Oct. 3 2019. We are looking to rent a car at the port and drive through St. Martins and to Fundy trail parkway.  Is there a rental car company at the port?  Any advice on the Parkway?  Thanks in advance.

A couple of years ago, we used Budget on Water St.  It was just a couple minute walk from the ship and super easy to find after getting off the ship.  That would be my recommendation.
