Scooter rental at Port Canaveral

Does anyone know if there are vendors at Cape Canaveral (near RCL's Harmony cruise ship) renting scooters?  I have a relative sailing with us on the Harmony in September who is opposed to using a scooter for her mobility issues (because she's afraid she'll run into someone -- so, instead, she's bringing her walker).  If she were able to try out a scooter at the pier, I'm hopeful she would change her mind and rent one for our week's sailing.  Thanks for your input.
