NCL Escape aft facing cabin noise level

We are considering an aft facing cabin on the escape, but heard one mention of dance party noise coming from the pool deck (Spice H20). Has this been a problem for anyone?

We were on the Escape in June on Deck 9 Aft.  Far enough away that we were not aware of any music or parties from Spice H2O.

We were on deck 11, no noise at all.

We were also on deck 10 aft and inside cabin was quiet . On the balcony sounds like distant river rapids.

We were on deck 12 and no noise on balcony from neither Spice H2O or The Boardwalk.

We were on Deck 14 no issues. Booked deck 11 for our next cruise. Do not expect any noise issues

We were on deck 12.... no noise (even had balcony door open some nights to get nice fresh air in and listen to water).  I believe it’s loud a deck or two down from Spice H20, though... the room next to us remained unsold... we wound up “having a neighbor at night”... it was too loud in his room to sleep, but his wife needed the handicap cabin.   He slept in room next to us at night, and went up to his regular cabin during the day

Most activities on Spice H2O are over around midnight.  We usually ended our day there so I think you are safe unless you retire very early. 

 

The one sound we enjoyed on those cabins is the sound of the wake from the props.....sounds like a waterfall.  Great to go to sleep with.  We always kept our balcony door open.

We were on deck 12 act twice on Caribbean sailings. Some nights sitting outside could definitely hear the music. It was between 930 and 1230pm. I hope the others are correct and they turned the bass down finally.

I had an aft cabin on deck 15 and definitely heard the music/bass from the H2O parties and also the constant scraping of chairs above me. As much as I loved the huge balcony I wouldn't recommend this deck.
