Romantic Cruise Question

OK, so Valentine's Day is near and I am thinking about something romantic to do on my upcoming cruise (not on Valentine's Day unfortunately). What is the most romantic thing you have been able to pull off aboard a cruise ship? Surprise dinner ensuite? 10 doves released on the bridge??? What?

How about a warm drawn bath--a rose petal turn down on the bed and a lovely note telling your partner how lucky you are to have them... I would skip the doves who may not like being sent off to a foreign port...
