Looking for active shore excursions on Star

Hi All,

We are booked on the Star mid-Nov. 

There are a few hiking/biking type excursions but not many. Does anyone know of other non-NCL excursions or good ports to go walk and do your own thing?

Any information appreciated.

Lisa,

We rarely take the ship's expensive excursions.   What cruise are you on?  What ports.

 

Do some research.  You can usually find good private tours.

 

If you can't find a private tour company, check out Viator.com  

 

Sometimes you don't need a tour at all, you can do your own thing.  It depends on the port.
