If you're cruising from Tampa this week.... be aware.... those crazies with grass skirts and coconut bras........ you know the ones, drinking margaritas, with fins on their cars and parrots on their heads.... those are Parrot Heads in town for the Jimmy Buffett concert at St. Pete Times Forum on Thursday 4/22/04!

 

I'm fortunate to have tickets to the Raleigh show, then cruise from Tampa before I get to see him again in Atlanta!

That's par for the course. I was listening to MIX 107 the Monday after tix went on sale and they said more like 3 minutes - but who the heck knows.

 

If you don't mind paying rediculous prices you may still be able to pic some up on Ebay. Last year I saw them going for $450 a piece icon_frown.gif but luckily I already had mine!!

Nikki, I'll keep an eye out for you for a Vegas show. I have a list of his tour dates through August 31. More concert dates will be released, I'm sure.

 

By the way guys.... I have two extra tickets to the SOLD OUT Atlanta show if anyone is interested.

I would LOVE to see Jimmy Buffett. Maybe he will come to the Nashville area soon. I see you are also from TN. Maybe I will win the Powerball tonight and schedule a Jimmy Buffett concert for all of us! hehe

 

I can always hope. If I don't win the lottery, maybe I can get an upgrade.

cruisinonmymind: I saw Jimmy in Nashville last year at the AmSouth Ampatheatre (sp?)! We were so dissappointed when he didn't list Nashville as part of his Spring tour this year. So we have to take road trips to Raleigh and Atlanta.

 

Oh yea! Tennessee FINALLY has the lottery now! Good luck with the Powerball numbers tonight! I see more cruises in your future!

Man, I wish I could be a true "Parrothead!" I listen to Buffett everyday, have my own "shaker of salt" (I got it at Margaritaville), and yet, I've never seen him in concert. This is one of my goals for the next year. . . LOL!!
