First timer questions

First time on Costa. Booked the Luminosa. Included a beverage package. Can we get bottled water? Is the beer draft? Is the wine of decent quality? What drinks are not included? How’s the coffee .....brewed?

Can you order two entrees for dinner.? Hubby a big eater. Any tables for two? 

We will be assigned a dining time. If it’s too late for us can we change it? Other ships we have been on we see maître d. about this matter. Does this exist on Costa?
