JoeandSheryl Posted January 31, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2006 Hi We are thinking about the Magica cruise on 4-28. We have only sailed on Princess, Holland, and NCL in the past. How does Costa compare to them? We are going with a inside cabin (to save money on this one). Can you tell us how big they are and what is in them. How is the food? Also any other info would be appreciated. Thanks Joe and Sheryl:)
taszmom Posted February 1, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 1, 2006 Well I can tell you the insides are smaller than the oceanviews. Actually the oceanviews & balcony are same size (minus the balcony). It has the sofa/sitting area that the insides do not.

We asked the steward to separate the twin beds & it made more space for dressing, etc. Also were able to put bags under the beds. It had 2 dressers, l stool, a chair & small table. Three closets which were more than adequate. Only had one elec. outlet on one of the dressers. None in the bathroom, except for shaver. Hairdryer in dresser drawer. The bathroom was adequate also. Shower was a good size. We thought the food was good. The desserts weren't very interesting though. They did have ice cream machines everyday.
