.I see these cabins are on the hump...

 

1..do they have extra big balcony?

 

2..is there any issues with the emergency boats in view?

 

3..are they In a noisy area ?

Yes, the balcony is larger.

Downward view is partially obscured by lifeboats, but it didn't bother us, only obscures the water line.

They are directly above the smoking area on deck 5 , we weren't bothered by any smoke, but conversation can get loud , depending on the time. (just before and after dinner time)
