casino at sea players cards question

Can't seem to find an answer to my question - search function yields nothing - hope someone here knows the answer.

I have been using my card for several cruises now and love the fact that my donations (usually losses) turn into some money off on my sign and sail card. I was on the NCL website and read that there are four different levels of cards - blue, bronze, gold and platinum. Anyone know how to attain the different levels and if so, what they might mean in terms of perks?
