Disney Magic cancels 2/15 return

Disney Magic has abruptly switched from Cozumel to Costa maya for the first planned return 2/15. The Disney board does not provide an explanation. Anyone know why, and if this forbodes not so good for 2/29 and beyond??

From what I've read on disboards, DCL cancelled due to tender availablity. They are saying the decision is on a cruise-by-cruise basis. We're supposed to go on March 1st so I'll let you know.

We were just there last week. The tendering situation is a disaster. It took us nearly 2 hours to get back to the ship (RCCL). But, the ship waited for us!

 

The tendering is done by the authorities in Cozumel, not by the cruise line.
