This is a continuing post from earlier and i do not have spell ck here so here goes. We arrived in San Juan and rented a car, drove to Ponce spent the night at Holiday inn. Then drove around the next day to ricon for lunch and stayed in Dorado. Most the palces here are expensive ($300night) but we stayed at costa de oro guest house For $75 total. had a pool and not much else but you can walk to the beach from here and some nice resturants. ph number is 787-278-7888. Then back to san juan and stay at the coral Princess which was very nice and good location. ($135 plus tax) driving is a little tricky in town so do not plan to drive in san juan. take the bus or cab. getting on the ship was easy. Boarded about 12:30. you are on the america side so you cannot go to town unless you take a cab. The food and service was great on the ship. Everything went well. Entertainment was fine. diningroom was fine. there was noise upon docking while using thrusters. It would wake you up if you are in the back of the ship. Excersize room is not very good. too small. lots of deck chairs. the best part of getting off the ship is that you dock. no tenders. sailing was smooth despite 10 foot waves. I will get to the islands in next post. pictures are at http://community.webshots.com/user/vlnovak
