Christmas treats allowed?

We are sailing MSC for the first time over Christmas with extended family. I am bringing small gifts for everyone but also wanted to bring some fun Christmas candy for the kids. I read on MSC‘s website that no food is allowed to be brought on board. Do you think they would allow candy? Toblerone bars etc...

You are able to bring food in the original unopened packaging.

As long as it is commercially packaged, you should be fine.

Slightly OT but when we sailed with NCL I used to pack a box of wine and wrap it up in birthday paper.

They never once checked it for fear I hoped that they wouldn't want to unwrap someones bday present.

THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW!!!!  I ENJOY HAVING SOME SNACKS TOSSED IN MY LUGGAGE THAT I CAN EAT WHEN THE URGE HITS ME.  I ALSO HAVE A HUMIDOR WITH SOME PUERTO RICAN CIGARS MY WIFE AND I ENJOY AFTER DINNER ABOARD SHIP!😎

Can you please use a different font and color for your posts?  This is very hard to read.  😊 thanks
