Middle East Cruise - will the ship get our visas ?

We are looking forward to our first Azamara cruise next March which stops in Israel, Egypt and Jordan. I have read on Cruise Critic the ship will obtain the necessary visas for us at a small fee.

 

Have any Australians cruised in this area and the ship got the visas  ?, I know in Vietnam And Russia Celebrity obtained our visas, just a bit nervous about these ports.

We're currently on the Norwegian Jade, back to back with the previous cruise from Rome to Dubai, which called in Israel, Egypt and Jordan, amongst others.

 

No visas in advance were required for any of those ports, for Australian and UK passports. Nor were any fees charged by the ship.
