35 more days to go before we embark on the Nieuw Statendam to the Carribean. 

We are interested in specialty dining packages but not sure which to pick.  Your feedback on the Ultimate, Distinctive and signature packages is much appreciated.

Hi I enjoy the Sel de Mer and Tamarind. The menu's for both tickle my food fancy.
