Snorkeling at West Bay beach

I feel like I've asked this question before, but can't seem to find it in any of the threads.

 

We've got a private tour/guide for our day in Roatan and plan to visit West Bay beach. Is there a place there to rent snorkeling equipment? What is the cost?

 

Are there changing facilities and/or lockers?

 

Thanks. We leave Saturday.
