Best night for Chops.

We love Chops and want to book it on Navigator for our cruise in 2 weeks. Usuallu we book on caribbean night because that is the weakest menu. Anyone know which night that is?

we usually book dinner for the formal night and/or nights at port. First opening of the evening, usually 6-6:30. Nice to have dinner while sailing away. It takes about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. So by 8-8:30 you're finished and ready for a wonderful evening.
