Hair dryer in NCL Star ocean view cabin?

I tried searching, including other than on Cruise Critic, but I couldn't confirm the current situation.   I hope recent Star cruisers can help.   Is there a hair dryer in the standard ocean view cabins, and if so, where is it and what type?  Is it the hose-type on the wall in the bathroom?  Or a hand-held model at the desk (my preferred option)?   It doesn't have to be particularly powerful, but if there is something reasonably functional, I can save packing space by leaving mine at home.
