Parasailing in NASSAU

We are a family of 5 looking to book a Parasailing excursion (through the cruise line).  From what I've read the go up tandem, two at a time.  Would that mean our fifth family member would go up with a stranger, or have to go alone?  Would they let one of us go a second time?

Also, what about weather?  If its rainy that day and wouldn't be enjoyable to be out on the water, will they cancel the excursion and give us a refund?

Not sure that Nassau is a good place to do parasailing.   I doubt operators on Nassau have safety rules they must follow.  We did it in St Pete FL and I was still nervous about it.  Maybe through the cruise line would be okay although I’ve not ever seen an excursion like that.

I worried about finding a reputable company, but I figured if we booked through the cruise line it would be ok.  I figure they vet all the companies they use.  I'm still on the fence.  Hopefully someone who has done it will comment.
