Rome AirBnB

We are four friends sailing  together upon the Reflection in October, 2021. We are planning to spend four nights prior in Rome. I have stayed in area hotels in the past, but am looking at AirBnB. It’s a bit overwhelming. We don’t mind sharing a bedroom, if need be, but definitely need separate beds. Any personal recommendations (I have read many reviews of several properties), centrally located, not too loud, etc...?
