Beach hotel between PBI and Port Everglades

Looking for recommendations for a hotel on the beach somewhere between PBI and FLL. (Flight into PBI, cruise out of FLL - so can go a bit south of FLL)

What is your budget and what time of year?

 

There are some AMAZING hotels on the beach.

 

Middle of the road I'd take a good look at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.  Old Florida, small town feel, hotels aren't higher than four stories, walkable to shops and dining.

 

Delray Beach is also really great.

 

Some fabulous, high end hotels like The Breakers, Eau Palm Beach, The Seagate Delray, Residence Inn Marriott.

We have stayed at Marriott Ocean Point  a bunch of times.  Its my favorite!  It is a bit north of PBI, on Singer Island.  They have 1, 2 bedroom condos and efficiency’s.  Tons of pools, oceanside.

• I agree with the Marriott Ocean Pointe on Singer Island!  Singer Island is one of my favorite places in Florida and I love Sailfish Marina.  Such a great place to go for sunset drinks, apps, and dinner!

1 night early April. Moderate budget. important to be on the beach so that the sand loving child can get her fix and the pool child can still enjoy herself. 🙂

You do know that early April is Easter and beachfront hotels and resorts will most likely have 5-7 night minimums and be crazy expensive?

 

Your best bet will be a row back or so from the ocean.  I would take a look at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.
