Looking for help!

I am leaving on the QM2 on April 15th. Apparently Red Hook in Brooklyn will be the new pier of departure.

1) Any recommendations for which airport to fly into??

2) Any hotel recommendations? I prefer a nice one. Preferably in the Brooklyn area.

3) Any other considerations!

LaGuardia is the closest airport, but I suggest you bring good directions to Red Hook with you - my experience with the cabbies is that a lot of them aren't too good outside of Manhatten.

 

There's a new Marriott in Brooklyn Heights which is quite nice.
