Some quick thoughts about our cruise.  Loved the design of the ship, the crew works hard to keep it looking good.  With that said some of carpeting and furniture looking worn.  Good thing ship going to dry dock soon.  Quality of food in main dining room and windjammer was really good, selections for dinner menu were suspect a couple of nights in main dining room.  Embarkation was very fast, on the ship in less than 15 minutes. The ship never felt over crowded.

we used the luggage valet service at the end of the trip, great experience, would use it again.

Ports of Coco Cay, Cozumel, and Costa Maya were terrific, did not like Nassau, people were rude in the straw market, very pushy, one actually cursed at us for not buying something from her.

We will definitely cruise on this class of ship again.

Enjoyed your review Dennis.  We were also on the same cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Having been on Allure a couple of years ago we knew what to expect and were not disappointed.  We thought the food in all areas was better than we remembered.  The cheesecake was especially good.

Sorry you had a negative experience in Nassau.  I’m sure several cursed at us when we didn’t stop to buy but oh well.  Can’t buy from all of them.

We are looking forward to Harmony next January but aren’t excited about downgrading from a 2 bedroom grand suite back to regular balcony ....

We loved the shows, Oceanaria was our favorite followed by Mama Mia and then Blue Planet.  Normally they open doors to shows 1/2 hour before the start of the show for those with reservations.  There is a standby line, those people let in about 10 minutes before show.

Solarium Bistro is an alternate place for breakfast and lunch, it is a buffet style, smaller selection than Windjammer.  My wife enjoyed pizza from Sorrentos.  We did not eat at any specialty restaurants but there were people always in them when you would walk by.
